MAIN FEATURES AND MODELS:
Our cutting machines are made by combining advanced construction technologies with the
experience gained over time.
- Machine body, produced in spheroidal cast iron monoblock, ensures solidity and resistance without the need for welds.
- Two reductions minimize stress and ensure longer blade and moving component life while reducing overall noise.
- Simplified lubrication and feedback with screw adjustment contribute to improving the quality of work and results obtained.
The series includes six models, designed to meet a wide range of work needs, and with the purchase of each machine, a one-year warranty on all mechanical components is included.

EQUIPMENT AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
- Two special steel blades already mounted on the machine;
- Set of Allen keys, useful for ordinary maintenance;
- Set of wheels for machine movement;
- Bar Roller, which facilitates the movement of the rebar towards the blade;
- Flying socket, which ensures electrical connection;
- Simplified lubrication, which allows easy greasing of components that need it;
- Screw feedback, which allows perfect alignment of one or more rebars towards the blade and
obtaining exactly perpendicular cuts.
Additionally, available on request at the time of order, it is possible to equip all Cutting Machines with the base, an accessory that allows raising the Cutting Machine to work in an ergonomic position, as well as allowing the application of the mechanical pedal.
In the design and construction of each cutting machine, criteria and measures suitable to meet the essential safety requirements provided by the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC have been adopted.
